PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an spraying apparatus for reliably spraying a liquid in a liquid tank such as a stock solution tank without using an electric pump. SOLUTION: There is provided the spraying apparatus in which a liquid sucking medium 25 impregnated with a liquid in a stock solution tank 21 is provided in an outlet passage 22 communicating with the stock solution tank 21 so that the liquid absorbed in the liquid sucking medium 25 is sprayed from a micropore of a porous spraying plate 52 by vibration of the porous spraying plate 52 caused by a vibrator 51; an on-off valve 30 is provided in the outlet passage 22 so that the liquid is prevented from leaking from the liquid sucking medium 25 to the outside during an off-state; and the outlet passage 22 further forms an air vent aperture.
