PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service complying with the needs of individual passengers of an elevator. SOLUTION: An elevator control device 1 registers hall calls from the floor to be furnished with a hall call registering device 2 depressed. A hall side IC tag sensor 4 beside this hall call registering device 2 receives the information of the destination floor stored in an IC tag 8 approaching. The elevator control device 1 acknowledges the information from the hall side IC tag sensor 4 as information for the destination floor of the passenger who gave the hall call. In a hall side guide device 3 at the floor where the hall call is issued, the elevator control device 1 indicates a message showing the predicted requisite time for the car 5 to rise or fall to the floor with the hall call issued as described and the predicted requisite time for rising or falling from the floor with the hall call issued to the destination floor stored in the IC tag 8 on the basis of the acknowledged destination floor information, various calls, the running condition of the car 5, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
