PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-automatic filling system taking advantage of efficiency brought about by manual work, since a worker has to do manual work by expanding and contracting the upper arm, the elbow, the forearm and the hands thousands times in a day to cause tenosynovitis in conventional manual work and fatigue can cause drop in the processing speed and on the other hand automation by machine has restrictions on a raw material which can be processed although equipment cost is high. SOLUTION: In the filling work, a container taken out of the automatic supplying machine of a tray is transferred intermittently by an intermittent moving-type conveyor, and the container roughly filled with a proper quantity of the raw material in the container placed adjacent to the intermittent moving-type conveyor without touching the container is transferred by both hands onto the meter, and then, only when the weight is out of a target weight between an upper-limit value and a lower-limit value set in advance, manual correction is made. Movement in the work is minimized by only the movement of the forearm and hands with the upper arm and the elbow fixed substantially on the side of the body to reduce fatigue of the worker and raise efficiency.
