A pipe fitting (1) comprising a fitting (10) to which a hose (2) is joined, a flange (20) pressingly holding the fitting (10) inserted into a through hole (21) toward a block (3), a bolt (30) fixedly tightening the flange (20) to the block (3), a metal seal (40) of C-shape in cross section and sealing a connected portion between a communication passage (11) and a connection port (3a) from the outside, and first and second O-rings (50) and (60) sealing the contacted portion of the fitting (10) on the block (3). A projected part (24) projecting toward the block (3) more than the other portion thereof is formed on the lower surface (23) of the flange (20) about an insertion hole (22) for inserting the bolt (30) therein in the opposite side area of an area where the through hole (21) is formed. The tip of the fitting (10) inserted into the through hole (21) is projected from the lower surface (23) of the flange (20) toward the block (3).
