A cross beam of a stage conveying unit is provided to enhance compression strength and tensile strength and minimize the degree of bending or twisting, by arranging truss members in a truss structure between adjacent corner portions of a frame. A frame(110) has a plurality of corner portions(111) formed along the longitudinal direction thereof. A plurality of truss members(120) are installed within the frame, wherein both ends of each truss member are fixed to adjacent corner portions to form a truss structure. The frame is formed in a polygonal beam of hollowness type. The frame has mounting grooves(112) formed on external surfaces thereof, wherein the mounting grooves are configured to mount the truss members. |
