RADIO CONTROLLER AND COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio controller that reduces frequency interference and automatically updates an antenna pattern in following to a state change in a service area and to provide a communication method.

SOLUTION: The radio controller includes: an area forming information collection means for collecting area forming information with respect to area forming of a surrounding base station acting like an object of a handover destination; and an antenna pattern control means that controls at least one of a main lobe, a side lobe and a null point between the main lobe and the side lobe in a direction of reducing the same frequency interference between a cell formed by a base station and a cell formed by the surrounding base station on the basis of the area forming information.
