<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To encrypt original content data by hardware, and to store it, while securing flexible operation. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor analyzes inputted content data, acquires content control information such as a copy mode, reproduction timing, a data length, and an offset value or the like from the head, and stores the encrypted content data into an external storage device in association with the content control information.
