<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector correctly and surely maintaining contact positional relation between terminals mutually. <P>SOLUTION: Terminals of both connectors to be fitted and connected to each other, formed by deforming a metal plate as the material of the terminal, have an interference area in plate thickness direction before fitting the connectors. A concave planar part 12B-1, partially recessed from a plate face at a position having a distance from side edge in width direction of the terminal, is formed on a terminal 12 of a connector 10 at one side, and a convex part 22A-1, formed so as to protrude from the plate face, is formed on a terminal 22 of a connector 20 at the other side in an area corresponding to the concave planar part 12B-1.
