CAPACITANCE TYPE LOCKING SWITCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking switch capable of preventing unlocking not intended by a user from occurring in an entry system having a capacitance type sensor at a door knob and unlocked by confirming the ID of a smart key.

SOLUTION: This capacitance type locking switch comprises a low pass filter 12 and a comparator 13 mounted at the door knob and in which an output from a converting circuit for converting the value of a measured capacity to a voltage is input therein and detecting the variation of the level thereof and a timer 14 measuring a level varying time. When the capacitance varies over a specified time or longer, the switch considers that a user has a will to unlock and outputs a detection signal V11 for unlocking.
