PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content preparing apparatus and a content preparing method for readily conducting displays that are along the intention of creator of information, even if the display screen of a mobile terminal is a small display screen. SOLUTION: The content preparing apparatus 200 prepares image content to be distributed to unspecified number of mobile terminals 710 and 720. The apparatus is provided with an image analyzing portion 220 to analyze the characteristics of a plurality of created image informations, an analysis parameter registering portion 230 for registering the analyzed result of the image analyzing portion 220 as a parameter, a direction condition holding portion 240 for holding an image direction condition according to a creative intention of an image creator, an image direction condition table 240a to be held by the direction condition holding portion 240, a direction condition deciding portion 260 for deciding a display condition each image information created from the registered analysis parameter, and a content holding portion 270 for preparing and holding the image content to be distributed relating the display condition decided by the direction condition deciding portion 260 to the created image.
