PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile which facilitates driving of a pile made of a steel sheet pile into a rock bed, etc., to reduce a pile driving time, construction period, and construction cost, and prevent damage to the pile. SOLUTION: A pile 11A is provided. The pile 11A is formed by attaching a tip reinforcing member 15, which is made of a special steel having a higher hardness than a pile body 14, to the tip of the pile body 14 made of a steel sheet pile 13.
