PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a temperature and a suction air volume are dispersed because the suction air volumes from a suction unit are different in respective rooms by differences in a duct length, duct bending and the number of branches, as an air blow duct or a suction duct is branched sometimes to heat or cool concurrently the plurality of indoor rooms, and to stabilize the suction air volumes in the respective rooms to provide a comfortable environment. SOLUTION: In this air conditioner, air conditioned by the stabilized suction air volume is circulated in the each room, without taking resistance in an air passage by the differences in the duct length, the duct bending and the number of the branches into consideration, by regulating heating and cooling for an indoor unit 103 and by controlling the air volume with the suction unit 107 provided indoor.
