PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder medicine feeder and a medicine dose packaging apparatus which is capable of suppressing lowering of the working efficiency by shortening the time for dividing powder medicine. SOLUTION: In the powder medicine feeder, a powder medicine accommodation group consisting of a plurality of powder medicine accommodation bodies is provided, a feeder for dropping the powder medicine on each powder medicine accommodation body by using vibration is arranged above the powder medicine accommodation body group, and the powder medicine dropping from the feeder is uniformly accommodated in each powder medicine accommodation body while moving the powder medicine accommodation body group on a horizontal plane. A feeding port of the feeder is arranged above the powder medicine accommodation body on the center side in the powder medicine accommodation body group arranged in line at the reference position, and when the powder medicine is dropped and fed, the dropping and feeding of the powder medicine is started from the powder medicine accommodation body on the center side of the powder medicine accommodation body group except the powder medicine accommodation body at the outermost end in the powder medicine accommodation body group.
