PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braking force distribution method which enables a distribution of the braking force on the front wheel side and the braking force on the rear wheel side, and in which the braking force distribution control to rear wheels is not immediately finished even when an anti-locking brake control is executed to one of right and left front wheels, and in addition, to provide a brake controlling system for vehicle which can realize the braking force distributing method. SOLUTION: The braking force to each rear wheel R is controlled in such a manner that the actual wheel speeds V<SB>RR</SB>and V<SB>RL</SB>of the right and left rear wheels R and R may follow target wheel speeds TV<SB>RR</SB>and TV<SB>RL</SB>. Thus, the distribution to the braking force on the rear wheel R side and the braking force on the front wheel F side are regulated by this braking force distributing method.
