PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operationality of a forward/backward traveling changeover switch 130 so that the hand of an operator sitting on a steering seat 8 easily reaches the forward/backward traveling changeover switch 130, in a working vehicle equipped with a speed change transmission mechanism which speed-changes output from an engine 5 mounted on a traveling machine body 2 and transmitting it to traveling parts 3, 3, 4, 4 or a working part. SOLUTION: Armrests 140a, 140b for placing the arm or the elbow of the sitter are provided at the both right and left sides of the steering seat in the traveling machine body 2. The forward/backward traveling changeover switch 130 for operating switching the advancing direction of the traveling machine body 2 between the forward and backward traveling is provided at the portion of the front end side in the right armrest 140a so as to be operated by a hand when the operator's arm is placed.
