PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary drum type game machine capable of inhibiting a player from losing eagerness in a regular game. SOLUTION: In the rotary drum type game machine such as a slot machine, an advantageous privilege (a special bonus game) is given to the player from a combination of symbols which can not be recognized as anything but failure by the player, in addition to a privilege (a bonus game) obtained when the player can arrange special winning symbols. In the special bonus game, the player can not obtain a large quantity of profit and the mode is similar to that of a regular game so that the player can not recognize that the special bonus game is executed. After the special bonus game is terminated, the player is given the possibility that the game state will be shifted to a game state in which the possibility of winning a replay winning kind is significantly increased, so that the game states are diversified.
