Provided is a machine for whole body exercise having an improved structure to strengthen all types of muscles, especially abdominal muscle and external & internal oblique muscles of abdomen included in the upper and lower parts of a body. The machine for whole body exercise is constituted by a front and a rear fixed plate(1,2); and a front and a rear rotating plate(3,4). Each of the rotating plates(3,4) rotates through a rotation unit(5) that comprises a rotational axis(51) in gear with the front and rear rotating plates(3,4). Also, each of the rotating plates(3,4) rotates in opposite directions through a reverse directional rotation unit that comprises two pulleys(61) provided to the rotational axis(51), and a belt(611) that crosses the pulleys(61) and rotates the front and rear rotating plates(3,4) in opposite directions from each other.
