A coupling structure of a crash panel and a side panel is provided to reduce assembly time and to make assembly work easy by coupling projections of a side panel to through holes of a crash panel exactly. The coupling structure of a crash panel and a side panel is completed by inserting shaft units(110) of a crash panel(100) to shaft holes(122) of a side panel(120), rotating the side panel toward the crash panel and inserting projections(115) of the side panel to through holes of the crash panel. Hereon the shafts are formed on both sides of the crash panel in numbers and the shaft holes are formed on the side panels in numbers to make the projections of the crash panel to the through holes of the side panel more exactly without locational errors.
