<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately preserve a document created by an image forming apparatus in an appropriate preservation destination and to enable an operator to easily grasp the preservation destination of the relevant document even when temporarily taking out the relevant document and returning it to an original place. <P>SOLUTION: A storage destination management section determines a storage shelf and a storage column to be a storage destination of recording paper sheets and storage destination information indicative of the storage destination is recorded on recording paper by an image forming section 100. A paper sheet ejection mechanism, a paper sheep distribution mechanism 6 and a cabinet 7 convey the recording paper to the determined storage shelf and storage column. Since the recording paper with the document image recorded therein is conveyed to the storage shelf and storage column that become the determined storage destination, the recording paper can be housed without interposing an operator. Furthermore, since the storage destination information is recorded on the recording paper, if the recording paper is taken out from the relevant storage destination, the operator can clearly grasp the original storage place to return the relevant recording paper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
