PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser wave front composing method by which no light energy is lost and high wave front composition efficiency can be obtained, and a device using the same. SOLUTION: A laser wave front composing device has a laser light emitting device which emits laser light, a hologram which generates a plurality of diffracted light beams from the laser light emitted by the laser light emitting device, an optical system which reflects at least one of the plurality of diffracted light beams generated by the hologram so that its optical path overlaps with other diffracted light beams, and an element which is arranged at a place where optical paths overlap and exhibits photorefractive effect.
