PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly set a motor phase and an electric phase to be the same even when the motor phase and the electric phase are different. SOLUTION: The control equipment is equipped with: a reference position detection means for detecting a position being reference; a moving member for moving in a specified range including the reference position; a motor for moving the moving member; a control means for driving and controlling the motor; and a power supply detection means for detecting the state of power supplied to the control means. In the control equipment, the control means stores a plurality of control patterns for controlling the motor in advance, and drives and controls the motor by selecting one of the plurality of stored control patterns in accordance with the state of the reference position detection means and the detecting state of the power supply detection means.
