PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a probe capable of mass-producing a probe stabilized in dispensing precision and quality by suppressing the irregularity of the processing precision of a dispensing hole. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the probe having the dispensing hole for sucking a liquid to discharge the same includes: a molding process for molding a taper part becoming fine toward its leading end to one end of a pipe; and a shaping process for shaping the hole provided to the leading end of the taper part to the dispensing hole having a predetermined diameter. In the molding process, the parallel part continuing to the taper part is molded to the leading end of the taper part. The shaping process includes a rough shaping process for roughly shaping the hole of the leading end of the taper part or the parallel part to the dispensing hole having a predetermined diameter and a finishing shaping process for finish-shaping the hole of the leading end of the taper part or the parallel part to the dispersing hole having a predetermined diameter.
