PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sensitively detect over a large area with a reflective optical sensor. SOLUTION: A reflective optical sensor body 11 is incorporated in a housing 50. The reflective optical sensor body 11 has one infrared light receiving element 20, and first and second infrared light receiving elements 30 and 40 on both sides. The first infrared light receiving element 30 is pointed so that its optical axis 31 is tilted by 40°clockwise with respect to the optical axis 21 of the infrared light receiving element 20, and the second infrared light receiving element 40 is pointed so that its optical axis 41 is tilted by 40°counterclockwise with respect to the optical axis 21 of the infrared light receiving element 20.
