PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture medium for plant culture which is free from weed, or insect pest and never requiring a chemical, an insecticide, etc. SOLUTION: The culture medium for plant culture is produced by passing through a step A for putting a nutrient into a container and culturing a native microorganism group attached to the nutrient or the container, a step B for putting chaff, garbage and the native microorganism group obtained in the step A in a weight ratio of about 1:0.3-0.8:0.001-0.005 into other container and liquefying the garbage, a step C for carrying out fermentation decomposition treatment with a mixture of the native microorganism group with feces of livestock and a step D for mixing a treated material obtained in the step B with a treated material obtained in the step C.
