PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize connection between an electrode terminal and a connection terminal to prevent the generation of unevenness in the display by preventing the generation of warping in the terminal part of an electronic component or a display panel due to heating when crimping the electrode terminal and the connection terminal. SOLUTION: An opening 16 through a transparent substrate 2a is formed at a mounting position 7 of a panel driving IC chip 6 in the terminal part 3 of the transparent substrate 2a and at a non-electrode arrangement part except the arrangement position of the first electrode terminal 9 and the second electrode terminal 14.
