PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child lock device capable of preventing from being found that the device is in a child lock mode, and operating easily and safely. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a parameter storage part 18 for storing a parameter used for operating equipment, a dummy parameter storage part 19 for storing a dummy parameter used for operating the equipment, a child lock flag storage part 13 for storing a child lock signal, a child lock flag determining part 14 for determining whether the child lock signal is a predetermined value or not, and an output switching part 15 for switching output of an operation signal from operation using the parameter to operation using the dummy parameter based on the determination.
