PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening function bolt capable of correcting attitudes of a male screw portion and a female screw portion in fastening even when the male screw portion is set in a state of axially inclined to the female screw portion, and normally engaging the male screw portion with the female screw portion with high accuracy. SOLUTION: As a circular groove surface portion 7 acts as a relief to an inlet peripheral edge portoin 8a of the female screw portion 8, even when the male screw portion 2 is set in a state of largely inclined to the female screw portion 8, defective fastening can be prevented, and screwing motion of a guide shaft portion 3 to the female screw portion 8 can be continued. As a taper angle of a taper face portion 9 is within 68-72 degrees, the taper face portion 9 slides inward on the inner peripheral edge portion 8a of the female screw portion 8 when the male screw portion 2 receives rotation and vibration, thus the attitudes of the male screw portion 2 and the female screw portion 8 are corrected in fastening not to be inclined, and the male screw portion 2 can be normally engaged with the female screw portion 8 with high accuracy.
