PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling guide device capable of being easily and inexpensively manufactured by reducing the number of components and its machining man-hours in constructing a slide member, and improving reliability in machining accuracy. SOLUTION: This rolling guide device is composed of a track rail 1 provided with a ball rolling groove 10, and a slide member 2 installed in the track rail 1 through a number of balls, one face of the slide member 2 faced to the track rail 1 is provided with a track groove 30 for unlimitedly circulating the balls 2. The track groove 30 is composed of a load linear groove 31 for allowing the balls 3 to roll between the track groove and the track rail 1 while loaded, and a circulation groove 33 for allowing the balls 3 to roll from one end portion of the load linear groove 31 to the other end portion in a no-load state. Further a retainer plate 4 is connected with the slide member 2 to allow the balls 3 to be separated from the rolling groove 10 of the track rail 1 and received in the circulation groove 33.
