PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hours for processing pin members by simplifying processing of the pin members and improve characteristics of work of mounting an engagement part by eliminating difficulty in mounting the engagement member. SOLUTION: Penetrating parts 166, 166 are formed on one hinge plate 161 for passing a pin member 163 through while another penetrating part 168 is formed on the other hinge plate 162 for passing the pin member through. An engagement member 164, which is formed of a wire member with a spring property, includes a straight portion 175 to be placed in the hinge plate 161 and the other hinge plate 162, coiled portions 176, 176 formed on both ends of the straight portion 175 and pressing parts 177, 177 for pressing both ends 171, 171 of the pin member 163 by extending inwardly and bending the coiled portions 176, 176 in a nearly U-shape.
