PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter device capable of easily positioning and installing a lock receiver in a predetermined position when used for dirt floor. SOLUTION: This shutter device has a shutter frame having a pair of left-right vertical frames 3, a shutter curtain 38 liftably supported between both vertical frames 3 of the shutter frame, a lock 55 arranged in the shutter curtain 38 and the lock receiver 45 arranged in the vertical frames 3 and locking the lock 55. The lock receiver 45 is movably arranged in the vertical direction in the vertical frames 3, and the lock receiver 45 and the shutter curtain 38 have abutting parts 51 and 40 mutually abutting from the vertical direction. A fixing means 67 is arranged for fixing the lock receiver 45 to the vertical frames 3 in a state of allowing the abutting parts 51 and 40 to abut on each other. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
