PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine which has a reinforced modified protein production-inhibiting action, and does not cause vitamin B6 deficiency as a side effect. SOLUTION: This medicine having a reinforced modified protein production-inhibiting action is characterized by using a modified protein production-inhibiting compounding agent, such as aβ-lactam-based compound or a pyrazoline compound, itself having the modified protein production-inhibiting action and not exhibiting vitamin B6 deficiency as a side effect, and a hypotensive agent such as nifedipine.
