PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hub cover attachable to a wheel regardless of the form of a spoke. SOLUTION: The hub cover 56 is attachable to a hub 30 of a bicycle, and is provided with a cylindrical part 70, a retaining part 71, and a connection part 72. The cylindrical part 70 is attachable to a cap member 51 of a hub shell 46 outside an axial direction of a hub flange 60b of the hub. The retaining part 71 is locked in the hub flange 60b.
