PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device and a display system capable of reporting a troubled power supply means when a trouble occurs in the power supply means for driving an indicator, and continuously providing display information by the display means. SOLUTION: The display device comprises an abnormality detection means for individually detecting a power supply means in which the power of a plurality of power supply means for individually supplying the power to a plurality of display means is below a predetermined reference value, and a reporting means for reporting the result of detection obtained by the abnormality detection means. Further, the display device has a changing means which changes the power supply means detected by the abnormality detection means from a spare power supply means, and supplies the power from the spare power supply means to the display means related to the detected power supply means. In addition, the display device has a plurality of redundantly constituted power supply means for display control for supplying the power to a display control means for controlling the lighting of a plurality of display means.
