PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner capable of enhancing the comfortability of an occupant in a rear seat by increasing the feed of mixed air to the rear seat in a vehicle, and reducing the temperature difference of the mixed air to be fed to the rear seat and a front seat. SOLUTION: In the vehicular air-conditioner 20 capable of feeding temperature-adjusted mixed air to a rear seat side in the vehicle, a rear seat blow-out passage 58 for feeding the mixed air to the rear seat side is formed in a housing 22, and a plurality of divided ribs 60 are provided on an upward opened face air outlet 54. A communication passage 66 recessed facing the inner side of the housing 22 is formed in the divided ribs 60 along the axial direction. When the mixed air which is mixed in a mixing unit 50 of the housing 22 is fed from the face air outlet 54, a part thereof is fed to a rear seat outlet passage 58 side through the communication passage 66.
