<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rubber roller for minimizing the shrinkage of an unvulcanized rubber at both end parts of the rubber roller after extrusion. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the rubber roller for directly extruding an unvulcanized rubber composition to a shaft body using an extruder having a crosshead die attached thereto to form a coating layer to the rubber roller, both end parts of the rubber roller, to which the coating layer is formed, are grasped by grasping tools to cut the rubber roller, the leading end part of the shaft body is covered with a part of the extruded unvulcanized rubber composition by rotating the rubber roller. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
