<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium which incorporates an IC chip on an optical disk and can change the unique information recorded in the IC chip for each disk, and provide an information reproducing device using this medium. <P>SOLUTION: On the information recording medium 1 consisting of a recording area 4 in which user data can be recorded and an inner circumference area 9 which locates move internal than the recording area 4, an IC chip 5 is provided in the inner circumference area to record the information unique to the information recording medium 1 together with a weight member 8 of the same weight of the IC chip 5 at the symmetric position of the IC chip 5 with respect to the rotation axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
