<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming refractory coating material in which film thickness for securing prescribed refractory performance is reduced, stages for coating are reduced, and the thickness capable of coating at a time is increased compared with refractory mortar. <P>SOLUTION: The foaming refractory coating material contains, as essential components, a hydration hardening type inorganic salt as a hardening agent, a carbonization foamed layer-forming agent, and a foaming agent. Regarding the ratios of the hydration hardening type inorganic salt, the carbonization foamed layer-forming agent and the foaming agent, the hydration hardening type inorganic salt is 100 pts.wt., the carbonization foamed layer-forming agent is 10 to 400 pts.wt., and the foaming agent is 30 to 1,000 pts.wt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
