<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit and a module for detecting photocurrent and suitable for suppressing increases in circuit size even in the case of increases in the number of divisions of photodiodes and achieving both high integration and low costs for chips. <P>SOLUTION: The photocurrent detection circuit is constituted of a photodiode 101-1, an operational amplifier 104-1 having a noninverting input terminal connected to one terminal of the photodiode and an inverting terminal connected to an output terminal, a capacitor 108-1 having one terminal connected to the noninverting input terminal of the operational amplifier and the other terminal connected to a constant voltage source 107, a second switch element 106-1 connected between both terminals of the capacitor, and a first switch element 103-1 having one terminal connected to the other terminal of the photodiode and the other terminal connected to the noninverting input terminal of the operational amplifier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
