<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of associating with medium faces each other. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus comprises a receiving portion 20a for receiving a printing instruction comprising a document ID and a blank paper insert condition, a correspond information managing portion 21 for acquiring an electronic document corresponding to the document ID and registering a correspond information on a medium ID of a medium face to be printed with a specific page of the electronic document and a page ID of the page into a correspond information DB 22 while acquiring a blank paper ID related with the medium ID and registering it into the correspond information DB 22 if blank paper insert is instructed, an information separating portion 23 for separating an information required for formation of a code image from an information required for formation of a document image, a document image forming portion 24 for forming a document image of the electronic document, a code image forming portion 26 for forming a code image, an image synthesizing portion 28 for synthesizing the document image and the code image, and a transmitting portion 20b for transmitting an output instruction of a image after image synthesizing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
