<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send an error message to a proper address by calculating a restoration difficulty level of a generated abnormal state and by sending a message mail to an address corresponding to the restoration difficulty level. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic apparatus is provided with: a state detector for detecting an abnormal state; a mail creator for creating a message mail of contents corresponding to an abnormal state detected by the detector; an address extractor for extracting an address corresponding to the abnormal state detected by the detector; and a communication controller for controlling communication and resending of e-mail with the address extracted by the extractor. The state detector calculates the restoration difficulty level of the detected abnormal state, the address extractor extracts an address to send a message mail according to the calculated restoration difficulty level, the mail creator creates a message mail to the address extracted by the address extractor, and the communication controller sends the message mail created by the mail creator to the address extracted by the address extractor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
