<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device and a plasma display including the same. <P>SOLUTION: In a pulse width modulation IC (PWMIC) of a power supply device, a resistance value connected to a terminal (R<SB>T</SB>) that determines a switching frequency is made to fluctuate by an output load.
