PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink delivering head capable of suppressing permeation of air into an ink flow path from the outside, and a recording apparatus. SOLUTION: In an inkjet head comprising a delivering opening for delivering ink and the ink flow path 203 for communicating an ink absorbing body H1902 with the delivering opening, and feeding the ink into the delivering opening from the ink absorbing body H1902, a second flow path 205 surrounding the whole periphery of the ink flow path 203 over the flowing direction of the ink flow path 203 is provided around the ink flow path 203, and the ink is filled in the second flow path 205.
