PRIMARY COMPACT OF MAGNET SHEET, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND MOTOR EMPLOYING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primary compact of a magnet sheet where a plurality of magnet pieces having partially varied thicknesses are coupled flexibly, and to provide its manufacturing method and a motor where the primary compact of the magnet sheet is provided on a motor frame of an arbitrary profile with favorable positioning precision. SOLUTION: The primary compact of the magnet sheet 30 is manufactured by coupling a plurality of magnet pieces 31a-31d containing adhesive thermosetting bonds and having structures of unequal thicknesses integrally through coupling portions. The coupling portion is a coupling stripe 32 or a coupling bend. The magnet sheet 30 is bonded to the motor frame by melting the primary compact by heating the primary compact, and the primary compact is thermally hardened. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
