PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the clock input/output device which can easily measure the duty ratio of an inputted clock. SOLUTION: The clock input/output device is configured by four transistors Tx, Ty, Tz, and Tw that are connected in series. Two transistors Tx and Ty are connected between a power supply voltage and an output terminal in series. Two transistors Tz and Tw are connected between a ground voltage and the output terminal in series. Thus, the combined resistances of the ON-resistance of transistors at power supply voltage side and ground voltage side are made almost equal. Furthermore, one of transistors at the ground voltage side and the power supply voltage side is set to OFF, the amount of current flowing through a resistance connected to the output terminal is measured, and the duty ratio of an outputted clock is confirmed.
