<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a multilayer substrate which prevents each base board from being deformed by a heat press. <P>SOLUTION: Base boards 5 are laminated and positioned on a laminate mounting plate 4, each base board 5 is provisionally fixed and then drawn from guide pins 3 to heat press each board 5. Before the heat press, each guide pin 3 is drawn out from each base board 5, and hence the entire base board 5 uniformly expands or shrinks due to thermal expansion, thus the deformation of each base board 5 is prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
