PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation system for performing guidance by causing each vehicle to output a route calculated as a rapid and safe route by using a unique algorithm, etc. SOLUTION: Ordinary route guidance is performed through data transfer between a navigation device MT mounted on a taxi and a map database server MDB by using a library stored in the database server MDB. Meanwhile, if a car allocation request is sent to a user terminal YT fitted in a taxi company, the library in the database server MDB is read out from the user terminal YT.
