PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable test recording for power adjustment in an optical disk. SOLUTION: This optical disk is characterized in that a test track which is provided outside a data recording area, given an address outside the range of a data track, constituted of a logical track unit, and used for adjusting laser power for writing, and a guard track where data is not recorded in both of inner and outer peripheral sides of the test track, are included, wherein the guard track is disposed outside the data recording area, given addresses outside the data track range, and allocated by logical track units.
