PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope objective lens applicable in a wide temperature range. SOLUTION: The microscope objective lens (3) is equipped with a front optical element (8), a plurality of optical elements which are arranged by being apart from the front optical element (8) and by being apart from each other and adjusting units (11, 12). At least one among the optical elements can be moved along an optical axis (OA) by the adjusting units (11, 12) so that a focal position of the objective lens (3) may move in a direction of the optical axis (OA) toward the front optical element (8) and/or an imaging error due to temperature induction of the objective lens (3) may be compensated.
