PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving piece structure of a driving belt capable of giving tension to the driving belt by a compact configuration and being favorable for use in a display device for a vehicle and to provide the display device for the vehicle. SOLUTION: In this moving piece structure of the driving belt provided with the driving belt 8 on which driving gears R1, R2 are provided at the inner periphery and a moving piece 7 fixed to the driving belt 8 to move the piece 7 linearly by turning the driving belt 8, a tension giving means for giving tension to the driving belt 8 is provided in the piece 7.
