PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame member capable of facilitating connecting and fixing work by having a means used as a standard of positioning when being assembled with another member, having a high usability by connecting or fixing with the other member using a connecting member other than a bolt or a screw, and preventing the deterioration of strength of a part having a groove for bending or parting. SOLUTION: This frame member is provided with a plurality of hole parts in the length direction of a narrow and long plate member, formed with grooves between the respective holes along the width direction respectively, and a scale formed in the respective portions partitioned by the respective groove parts along the width-directional edge part. Besides the holes, the respective portions partitioned by the respective grooves in the plate member are provided with small holes enabling the fixing with nails. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
